Cybersecurity will introduce students to the world of cybersecurity. Students will examine and learn about what interventions are needed to protect data and privacy in the digital era.
Students will master the core literature of cybersecurity and establish a firm grasp of the many sectors and uses of cybersecurity along with terminology, good practices, and standards.
Develops critical thinking and problem-solving skills by analyzing and identifying potential vulnerabilities, risks, and threats in digital systems, and devising effective strategies to mitigate them.
Fosters ethical and responsible behavior by instilling an understanding of the importance of privacy, digital citizenship, and ethical considerations in the context of cybersecurity practices.
