At Rex, we have matched Idaho’s vision with our own.
Learning to code is comparable to learning reading, writing, and math for this generation. Rex makes this process easy and enjoyable for all!
Idaho standards were developed with several related existing standards from CSTA (Computer Science Teacher Association), ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education), Idaho Department of Education, and Idaho CTE Programming Standards.
CSTA 2016 Computer Science draft standards are the primary source since it aligns with the new K-12 CS Framework. The K-12 CS framework provides overarching, high-level guidance per grade bands, while the standards provide detailed student performance expectations at particular grade levels.
