Students will be lead through several levels of age appropriate typing and mouse skill practices as they progress through a gamified adventure, gaining points and confidence along the way.
Students will learn the proper hand placement for touch typing. They will also learn how to type more accurately and fluently.
Typing and mouse skills are the foundations of all other technology classes. Students can not be expected to learn computer science before they know how to use their keyboard and mouse well.
Typing and mouse skill activities are in a gamified learning environment for students. As students complete tasks, they are given tokens to spend on new characters.
