Vermont does not have a requirement to offer computer science in high school. Currently, there are no definite plans to allow computer science courses to count towards graduation.
Vermont teachers with existing licensure may obtain a computer science endorsement through a combination of course work and examination.
Vermont does not have a specific set of standards for Rex Academy to align with but the state does have technology standards that have been borrowed from the ISTE.
Therefore, Rex Academy can loosely recommend a sample pathway.
